You can not use aluminum foil in your countertop air fryer. If you do, it may obstruct the air flow and cause it to overheat.

It is okay to use foil in a range with air fry, however, when you line baking sheets with foil or use aluminum foil disposable baking dishes.

HOW DO YOU USE ALUMINUM FOIL IN AN AIR FRYER?

You can use aluminum foil in your range with air fry by placing a foil-lined baking sheet or aluminum baking dish on the rack below your air fry basket to help simplify cleanup. Make sure to leave space between the basket and the baking sheet for proper air flow.

CAN YOU PUT METAL COOKWARE IN AN AIR FRYER?

Cookware that is labeled as oven-safe is usually suitable for use in a range with an air fry feature. Examples of oven-safe metals include cast iron, stainless steel and aluminum. You typically shouldn’t need cookware in a countertop air fryer, especially since using cookware may restrict the airflow and affect your food’s cook time and crispness. Just use the included air fry basket designed to go with your appliance.

CAN YOU PUT PARCHMENT PAPER IN AN AIR FRYER?

Parchment paper is coated with silicone, which makes it heat resistant. However, you cannot use parchment paper in your air fryer for lining the basket as this will obstruct air flow and negatively impact your results. You can line a baking sheet and place it on a lower rack in your range with air fry capabilities to catch drips. Make sure to leave room between the air fry basket and the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

SHOULD YOU USE PARCHMENT PAPER OR ALUMINUM FOIL IN AN AIR FRYER?
